Patty you are AWSOME…the show was really fun!!! I look forward to making your recipe!!!
Delighted to find you on Paula’s show today. It’s the day after Xmas in Oklahoma. We’re housebound due to our Xmas Eve Blizzard and 14.1″ of ice & snow. All are craving Mexican food and you’ve come to the rescue. I got online during the show and found your AWESOME website. Can’t wait to devour all your wonderful information then recreate your recipes. I plan to be a charter member and founder of The Patricia Jinich Club de Fans!!!!
You’re a pleasure to watch and listen to. Loved your recipes on the Paula Deen show (and her fried ice cream as well).
Will check out your website. Suerte aqui en Los Estados Unidos.
I saw you on Paula Dean’s Show on Monday the 28th. You were fantastic. That was the quickest and most enjoyable half hour I’ve spent watching Food Network in a long time and I do love to watch that channel. I am going to try the chicken taquitos with the green salsa and the rice dish soon. Do you have any cookbooks in print? I think you would make a great addition to the FoodNetwork show. I hope to see you soon with Paula again!
Hi Pati!!! I just absolutely loved your segment with Paula Deen and I won’t let my husband erase the show that you did with her, from our television. I love watching you cook, I love watching you get so much enjoyment eating the wonderful food. Is this particular segment on a dvd that I can purchase? I would love to have it. That was the most enjoyable show to watch and I just loved your enthusiasm. YOU NEED TO BE A CHEF ON FOOD NETWORK!!!!!!!!
Thank you all so much for your very generous comments!
I have no idea if they have that segment on a DVD… But I hope you give those recipes a try too!!
I really enjoyed your segment on Paula’s Best Dishes.
I have made the recipes and my family loved them. I was glad to find your site and will visit very often. Hope to
see more of you on Food TV.
I enjoy watching Ms. Paula Deen whip up her wonderful dishes. I was surprised to see Ms. Pati Jinich as a guest on the show. I married 13 yrs ago to a wonderful man from Mexico. I could not boil water with out burning it! Shortly after we married, we moved to a small town in the State of Puebla Mexico. While living there for three years I learned how to cook from my mother in law. The traditional Mexican dishes are a must in our home. These dishes that Ms. Paula & Ms. Pati enjoyed making together have made me “home” sick for my second home in Mexico. It is rare to find real authentic Mexican recipes on TV that is truely exactly the way it is made in many Mexican homes! What a refreshing show. There never is a dull moment with Ms. Paula! Thank you for a great show!
I found your site via search engine a few moments ago, and luckily, this is it I was looking for the last weeks, thanks
I happened upon Patti’s show this morning and fell in love with her immediately; she’s soooo caliente. Her recipes don’t seem to bad either!!
You deserve you own show…you are so cute and fun to watch! I love your accent and it goes great with Paula’s accent.
Hi Courtney, Thank you so much! I do have my own show!! It comes on PBS — here’s some info: http://patismexicantable.com/04-tvshow/stations.html.
