I enjoy watching Ms. Paula Deen whip up her wonderful dishes. I was surprised to see Ms. Pati Jinich as a guest on the show. I married 13 yrs ago to a wonderful man from Mexico. I could not boil water with out burning it! Shortly after we married, we moved to a small town in the State of Puebla Mexico. While living there for three years I learned how to cook from my mother in law. The traditional Mexican dishes are a must in our home. These dishes that Ms. Paula & Ms. Pati enjoyed making together have made me “home” sick for my second home in Mexico. It is rare to find real authentic Mexican recipes on TV that is truely exactly the way it is made in many Mexican homes! What a refreshing show. There never is a dull moment with Ms. Paula! Thank you for a great show!

Hi Pati!!! I just absolutely loved your segment with Paula Deen and I won’t let my husband erase the show that you did with her, from our television. I love watching you cook, I love watching you get so much enjoyment eating the wonderful food. Is this particular segment on a dvd that I can purchase? I would love to have it. That was the most enjoyable show to watch and I just loved your enthusiasm. YOU NEED TO BE A CHEF ON FOOD NETWORK!!!!!!!!

Hello Patricia,
I saw you on Paula Dean’s Show on Monday the 28th. You were fantastic. That was the quickest and most enjoyable half hour I’ve spent watching Food Network in a long time and I do love to watch that channel. I am going to try the chicken taquitos with the green salsa and the rice dish soon. Do you have any cookbooks in print? I think you would make a great addition to the FoodNetwork show. I hope to see you soon with Paula again!
