I had such a lovely tome visiting the Today Show, their food prep team is beyond amazing and the cast is so friendly and oh so much fun.

Here is a clip of the cooking segment, where we made three totally different recipes with corn: the wild and fun Crazy Corn, a chunky, hearty and fresh Chop Chop Salad, and a comforting Corn Torte that you can top with Poblano Rajas.

Love corn prepared this way! Tried it at a farmer’s market in Washington state and craved it for a year before I knew exactly what was in it! My heart was filled with excitement and later my stomach was filled with Mexican style corn! Thank you!

I’ve enjoyed this delicious corn at my school’s carnivals and YUM! I wasn’t too sure at first and now, I can’t go back to plain corn on the cob. Now, thanks to you, I can make it at home and I’ve converted a whole bunch to this delicious way to prepare corn.
