Thank you so much for your lovely comment Bernardo! I do not have a DVD out yet, but may come out with one after the second season airs in the fall. About the cookbook, I have one coming out early 2013 and will be sure to keep you updated!

I hope to see more of your TV programs, in the meantime, I am collecting a few of your recipies.
Is a DVD of your cooking available? is a cooking book with your various recipies available?
I greatly enjoyed your chilorio recipie, I had chilorio years ago in Mazatlan and have not seen it since any where else

Hi Pati,
I saw you on Paula Deen’s show a while back and I fell in love with you and your cooking. You’ve got the sweetest personality. I just found your website and blog and am now a follower forever. I grew up in El Paso across from Juarez. My mother was from Chihuahua so I grew up eating frijoles and arroz everyday, well, almost everyday. I now have a food blog (I am not a professional cook and don’t claim to be one). My mom is no longer around for me to ask her all kinds of questions when it comes to Mexican cuisine. I invite you to my Fiesta – Cinco de Mayo bloggy party and would absolutely love if you could come and bring some of your favorite Mexican recipes and decorations, etc., It doesn’t start until April 29th and it goes through May 6th.
