Hi Pati ~ made this dressing 4 days ago, thx for sharing ~ quick & easy, excellent flavor. I did add an extra splash of vinegar to suit our preference and used refrigerated organic minced garlic from a tube (no fresh on hand). And yes, a few days in the fridge made it even better. This New Yorker always enjoys your shows on PBS, keep up the good work:)

Hi Patti,

I can't wait to prepare two of your recipes. You made it look so easy. I will try the recipe for Chicken A La Trash and the salad dressing. I really like your show; I saw it for the first time today. I'm from Colombia and I love Mexican Food.

Hi Pati!
My husband and I quit subscribing to cable TV for many reasons, the main one because we essentially were paying for commecialized cable. Needless to say, I've really latched on to CREATE on PBS and have just fallen in love with your show! It's fun to watch someone who not only is passionate about what she is doing, but is also joyful and serene and easy to learn from. So I just wanted to let you know you're doing a great job! Who needs cable TV?
