My husband and I love your show! After watching the taco episode, I decided to make the Lime Rubbed Chicken Tacos with the Corn Guacamole, and it was an absolute hit with my family! My youngest son can be a picky eater, and he ate four tacos! My family especially loves the Corn Guacamole, and I made it again here recently to go with Puerco Pibil. Thank you so much for putting together a show about real Mexican food with delicious recipes that are so easy to do, and work great for people on a budget. You’re a real gem Pati!

Today, was the first time I saw Pati’s Mexican Table, I am trying to cook lime-rubbed chicken, but I made a mistake instead jalapeños I bougth habanero. That’s affect the recipe?

Thank you for this gift of a recipe. First recipe of yours I’ve tried and it was a hit for dinner with my 2 year old and 4 year old. Saw it on an episode I DVR’d last night… tried it today. Just ordered your book – look forward to bringing Mexican flavors home! Also, this was very manageable to execute for a non-chef like myself.

Ok, I think I am addicted.. I have made them again and can’t wait to make them and grill the garlic,chili and chicken.. I am sure they will taste even better. I had some Grapefruit margaritas with my tacos tonight.. MMMM.
