While reading your story of your Mother and Grandmother, it brought back memories of my mother hacking off the head of chicken on a tree stump and watching the headless chicken running around....Is that where the saying &quot;Running around, like a chicken with his head off,&quot; came from??

I have all the ingredients on hand, except the puff pastry, I have to restock my freezer.  I will be making this recipe today.
