Please join us for a super special event at the Mexican Cultural Institute, my home in Washington, DC, to celebrate the release of my cookbook! Come for some scrumptious snacks, and listen in on my conversation with James Beard Award-winning food critic Tim Carman. Our discussion will be followed by a Q&A session and book signing. This event is free and open to the public on a first come, first serve basis.

As we nail down the schedule for my book tour this spring, I’m so happy to announce that one of the dates will be in my hometown of Washington, DC. I will sit down with Washington Post Food and Travel Editor and fellow cookbook author Joe Yonan at the Sixth & I for what’s surely to be a lively conversation about Mexican food and culture. I’m switching things up for my final Texas Central Market cooking class in Austin. We will be making and eating a Mexican brunch!
